Unless otherwise noted, orders generally ship within 5 business days. Jake's will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Discounts can not be applied to previously placed orders.
We will gladly refund within 15 days of your purchase if the item is in unworn and in original condition with tags still attached. Copy of invoice must be included with items in order for us to issue a refund.

We want you to love your purchases but understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged for various reasons (wrong size, color, etc.). Please note that we can not guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of exchange as our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis. Defective items may be eligible for replacement or store credit. The merchandise must be assessed and deemed defective by us. Please contact us by email at email@example.com for assessment instructions.
